Is there a Win32 binary out there? the celeste.model file is included in Allard's installer. The binary that uses it is hugin.exe itself. just click on the button and see it at work. There is a Win32 binary of celeste_standalone, but it has not been packed in Allard's installer. I've updated the InnoSetup files in the repository, so next time it will likely be included.
