How can I force rotation of an image in a set?  I made a set of seven
images using a nodal ninja to make sure things lined up well, but the
third image is pulled in 90 degrees off from the the second image.
Looking at the control points in the visual version shows they are
pretty close to being in the right places, but the stitcher is seeing
the connection wrong.  I made small versions of the files so I could
upload them here, but now the fourth image is upside down instead.
