Hi, It seems that the new SDK works not only on my machine. Thanks for testing.
There is a documentation available how to build a x64 SDK. See on panotools wiki and search for "MSVC 2008". I have not tested the build of the x64 SDK due to lack of such machine and I have made some complains about the layout of the x64 additions, but maybe it works.
