I have seen it too and I think I can explain it also.
Lately there were some changes in projection naming in the libpano versions.
I try to keep up with the versions. There were some name changes in the some
projections. This Hugin version uses the new libpano13-2.9.14. The last
build, svn 3855, contained a relatively new libpano but one just before
these name changes (and not the rc1 version).
So, all pto's are correct and Hugin has no problem with it, it's just the
projection that's  not recognised.

If someone thinks I'm incorrect, please mention it.
