The Mac binary is now up too -- many thanks to Harry Van der Wolf.

Mac users will want to get this, it lets you work around the cubic
pano display bug.

At the same time I posted an updated source zip with Harry's corrected
build script for the universal package -- you can find instructions
for using it at http://wiki.panotools.org/Build_Panini_on_MacOSX
