Hi Habi, I had a similar problem that may be related. I was using SVN3811 and was finally sucessfull stitching a 15338x7669 pano after I modified the -m option of enfuse and enblend to "-m 2000". See discussion at the Hugin Users Group: http://www.flickr.com/groups/hugin/discuss/72157615431955909/
