Hello,
I've been thinking a lot about the idea of removing test for rm from
makefile. My resolution is that removing it has more pros than cons.
+ less problems with different versions of rm (BSD, GNU…)
+ it's not part of the panorama making process, ie it looks strange
when it checks for hugin, nona etc and also rm. This way it could look
also for sh and so on.
+ rm should be always present – on *BSD, OS X, Linux it's basic part
of the system and on win it's part of bundle
− if someone doesn't have rm for some strange reason the process would
fail at the and. But images would still be created.
− ???

What do you think about it?
