Hi Charles, there's tutorial about it: http://hugin.sourceforge.net/tutorials/calibration/en.shtml In short – take a picture of something with straight lines (some building should be enough). Then switch to the control points tab and add control points to the line. For a first pair in every line use mode "Add new Line" and for all other CP's on that line select the corresponding line from the drop down menu. Then optimize for a,b,c (maybe only b).
