matchpoint is a 'feature detector' that was created during the 2007 
Summer of Code.  It isn't a 'feature matcher', for that you have to 
use the 'autopano' tool from 'autopano-sift-C' or the unmerged 
gsoc2008_feature_matching branch from last year.

My understanding is that matchpoint is very good for identifying 
features but not as good as 'generatekeys' from autopano-sift-C for 
classifying them.
