I've been looking at Hugin as an alternative for PTMac on Snow Leopard (no longer supported, it seems).
I've run into a problem setting up control point generation. When I look at the preferences, there are no default control point detectors listed (panomatic, Autopano-SIFT-c 120 = images, etc.) as suggested in the "Read me first (Mac).rtf" file. I have installed both control point generators on the disk image, but this seems to have no effect. (They have been copied to the documented place on the hard drive.) Since I haven't found any other cases like this reported on the digest, I assume I've screwed up the installation some how. Any suggestions? Rick P.S. Are all the generators, including align_image stack, subject to patent restrictions? -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "hugin and other free panoramic software" group.
