I have used Hugin to create an equirectangular panorama, but I am not sure how to convert it to a stereographic projection. Looking at http://www.flickr.com/photos/jftphotography/505537834/in/set-72157600233861994/ I see no option to adjust pitch and am unsure of what to do next. I am running Mac OS X Leopard and version Version 2009.2.0 of Hugin.
