2009.4 RC3 builds on windows (checkout from subversion). At least the bug http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=2869480&group_id=77506&atid=550441 is a showstopper for windows. It is not possible to start a new panorama project in the layout branch. I can only load existing projects and working with it. I think, some of them should be fixed before merging to trunk.
