Thanks to everyone who helped get 2009.4.0 out. The next steps I think are to branch the current trunk for the next 2010.0.0 release. These are the things that I can remember that need doing for this release, please add everything I missed (these can all be done in the branch):
- Update the manual. - Write some release notes. - Go through the tracker for critical bugs and patches. - Wait for translation updates. - Check the new authors/credits display is working and up-to-date. - Fix the button bar on Windows, I think a hack for this release would be fine (such as moving the all/none buttons down to the next row). - I also don't particularly want to be 'release manager' again, but I'll do whatever is needed to make sure it happens. Now the reason why I think we need to branch sooner is that the layout stuff urgently needs to be merged with the trunk. There have been a lot of changes in the trunk and the merge is going to be a bit 'hairy', we might have to back-out some of the recent string changes temporarily to get it in. James would you like to do this merge or shall I? -- Bruno -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "hugin and other free panoramic software" group.
