Not sure how to restructure the wiki for the Hugin Ubuntu build instructions.
Is the current Enblend there? It appears that enblend uses ./configure while
the others use cmake.
Is it possible to set these two different build instructions at the top of the
page, and then letting the user choose how they want to build?
I understand that cmake is the favored direction most builders are using now.
It appears that not everything is maintained, and as a result is non-continuous
in that particular document.
