I think this is just a warning:

These further errors are because the 'generatekeys' and 'autopano' 
tools from autopano-sift-C are not in your $PATH.  Probably these 
haven't been packaged for OS X.  If you use the latest 
Panotools::Script from SVN, this process just uses the normal 
'autopano-sift-c' binary which probably is packaged for OS X.

A new Panotools::Script release is due soon, just need to do some 
more testing.
