Thank you. I think I figured this out on my own. It looked like the SVN session updated the file "project.pbxproj" that is within the Xcode Hugin.xcodeproj project file. Apparently Xcode does not like that to happen. Trashing the bundle and running the update again brought in both Hugin.xcodeproj and project.pbxproj, which is curious since project.pbxproj is within Hugin.xcodeproj. I guess this is because Hugin.xcodeproj is actually only a folder.

I also discovered the active configuration change the hard way, plus a number of other items that were now expected to be in an nonexistent "shared" folder.

I reverted my versiom from trunk and it works OK. Can you remove or rename your project and do a "svn update Hugin.xcodeproj" in you mac folder. And than try again. (Note that you need to set the "active configuration" back to release.)
