You can even now enter numeric values into the projection parameters
boxes, press enter/return or set the focus to an other field to accept
the new values.

I don't think that we need really spin controls for all numeric entry
boxes.
Currently there are 3 variants of the input fields:

* text input box and slider: that's for the hfov, vfov and the
projection parameters. Here you can easily and fast change the
paramters over a wide range. If you need finer control use the arrow
keys on the sliders. A spin control would be a duplicated input way.
* text input box and spin box: for the exposure value. Here you do
usally only small changes, so the spin boxes works good.
* only text input box: thats for the crop area. Here I don't know if
spin boxes would be really helpful, because there can be high numbers
and then click with the spin boxes would be a pain to get a desired
value.
