Hi Zoran, I went through the same troubles with libpano. But in the end I got there. It is fortunately possible to do this via cmake and MSVC, as I that's all I know. Here's a conversation on this group where you can get the same hints that got me there (some of the problems I encountered have been fixed already).
http://groups.google.com/group/hugin-ptx/browse_thread/thread/26a562a30c569af/bf8e3dfdf91bc897 The SDK is in a quite outdated state, which kind of defeats its purpose. When you get to the point where you get it to work, you are more than welcome to update the wiki and even the SDK. I'm working on cleaning up my hugin directory so I can update it, but I can't give any guarantees on when that will happen. It would be even better if we could somehow get the entire SDK into a SVN system or something similar, so that you won't need to download the whole thing if one file changes, but I'm not very knowledgeable on how to get that going. If you have any other questions don't hesitate to ask.
