the bug is in
wxSizer::Layout(), called byGLPreviewFrame::panoramaChanged(PT::Panorama&)
Try setting Hugin to launch with the GLPreview initially hidden, you
will need a ~/.hugin preferences file with something like this in
it:
[GLPreviewFrame]
isShown=0
etc...
XLib: extendion "GLX" missing on display ":1.0".
I wonder if that is where the problem lies.
I think I've seen this warning with cygwin and Hugin and it was ok.
