On Windows I was using autoapno-sift-c 2.5.2 (23 July 2009). Anyway it works properly with the same script (what is weird) on Linux but I don't remember version of autopano-sift-c I used. Probably it was 2.5.0 - I can checked it on Tuesday if you find it useful, just let me know.
