Hi Allan, Thanks for your feedback. This gives me some clues. At first I was looking at hugin itself. The changes as of svn 5093 are an update of png from 3.1.2.40 to 3.1.2.43 for png, and for jpeg from libjpeg.7 to libjpeg.8. I will do some further analysis.
