Zoran I too had this problem, however the problem disappeared when I deleted Cmake's cache (from the menubar tools=>Delete Cache) and re-ran the generation from scratch. This did mean I had to manually re-enter; hugin builder/date details; Boost_root_suffix and gnu_make directories. All of which are easy to find if you look in the SDK directory... Not yet investigated, I assume there was a small change in this area in a recent change.

This is unlikely to complete before it is time to goto work. But hopefully the cmake tip helps you.
