Hi Tom, I can't advise anything in terms of putting the files up for download, but I'd like to test your build if you don't mind. I'm also using Hugin on Win7/64, not with large images as you are, but to build full equirectangular panos using 37 or 38 5-10Mp images. Please drop me a line if you don't mind sharing.
