Please use the internal enblend/enfuse. It's a 32/64bit OpenMP version that does support .exr files. Only Tiger users should use the external enblend/enfuses. They are only there for convenience. Maybe it's better not to pack them in the .dmg. For some reason the standalone versions are compiled without openexr and therefore do not support hdr/exr.
