You obviously tried to use panomatic or autopano-sift-c. Both are due to
license restrictions not directly packed inside the bundle. You need to
install them separately which you obviously did. However, you need to tell
Hugin as well that  you did install them and where they are.

If you go to (menu) "Hugin->Preferences->Control Point Detectors", you will
find a number of cp-detectors. the autopano-sift-c and panomatic come
pre-configured but without the path to them.
Just select "Edit" for the cp-detector and for program use the "choose"
button. The file dialog will automatically open inside the folder where
panomatic and/or autopano-sift-c are installed.

I will expand the the text to "==Use the Choose button in
Preferences->Control Point Detectors->Edit to search for it=="
