if memory does not betray me, the MSVC build is directly derived from the cmake and does not need to be configured by hand. But maybe things have changed since. Regarding the version stamp on the posted PNG, the 4094 after the minor version number may generate confusion. Only the following hexadecimal hash uniquely identify the revision. The number (4094) is related to the state of your local repository. It may and will vary across builders if they also use the same repository to make and commit changes. At best (if the tester reports the whole version string) we can ignore it. At worst, if the tester cites your version as 2010.1.0.4094 (because the rest looks like meaningless gibberish to them) the feedback becomes confused. Can we remove the revision number and only leave the hexadecimal hash?
