You can check for yourself with a command like
"/Applications/Hugin.app/Contents/Resources/HuginStitchProject.app/Contents/MacOS/enblend
-Vv". In this case it's mentions: "Extra feature: OpenMP: no" (among all
other lines).

Maybe I will release a new build this week, also carrying the new version
stamp.

I tried 3-4 times (the weather is too nice to try more at the moment) and
didn't see it. If you experience it regulary please file it as a bug in the
bug tracker.
