I remember from last time you have a huge parallax error with your rig so you can never get a perfect stitch.
Also you still have lenses that are extremely off-centre on the sensor, so you _have_ to optimise d & e shift parameters.
Your two lenses are also different, so you need to 'unlink' the d & e parameters and possibly also v (field of view). You can do this in the Camera and Lens tab by clicking 'New Lens' _or_ by unchecking 'link' for Image Center shift and Degrees of View.

I can't get this video to work, but if this is a ptgui workflow you need to understand that the relationship betwen circular cropping and d & e shift is completely different in Hugin.
