Thanks Ryan, I found the same thing you suggested.

Here's how I accomplished an openMP/GPU build. I've found the OpenMP
headers in the Windows7.0 SDK, as suggested here:
http://blenderartists.org/forum/showthread.php?p=1641534
and it does allow the OpenMP enabled build.
I've got the OpenMP files separated out, and I think they should be
included in the SDK, if we can put one together.

Iif I enable GPU in cmake as well, I specify glew and freeglut
x64 locations, as I would expect. However, I get two problems:
First, enblend/enfuse don't link, saying can't find 'freeglut.lib'.
Odd, because
I specifically include 'freeglut_static.lib' in the linker input, not
freeglut.lib
If I rename freeglut_static.lib to freeglut.lib and try again, I get:

2>------ Build started: Project: enblend, Configuration: Release x64
------
2>gpu.obj : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol
__imp___glutCreateWindowWithExit
2>gpu.obj : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol
__imp___glutInitWithExit
2>gpu.obj : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol
__imp_glutInitDisplayMode
2>gpu.obj : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol
__imp_glutDestroyWindow
2>enblend.obj : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol
__imp_glutGet

Similar for enfuse.

Following the header trail, freeglut_std.h has pragmas that change if
FREEGLUT_STATIC is defined.
If I include that in enblend/enfuse preprocessor definitions, it
works! But how did Cmake do the
right thing for Hugin, and not for Enblend?

Now I've got enblend/enfuse x64 OpenMP GPU executables.

Thanks to Nick Pelletier for testing my previous build.

Is there some project space where I may put this build for other
people to try?

Also, I didn't build/use the boost filesystem library. Is this
valuable to windows builds, of enblend or hugin?

Thanks,
Aron
