Hello Ehsan, As first step, you may download poedit (www.poedit.net) and translation template from http://hugin.hg.sourceforge.net/hgweb/hugin/hugin/raw-file/45e5b3a71d32/src/translations/hugin.pot Import this file into poedit ( its about third choice in Poedit file menu in poedit (Import POT file or something like that)). Here you must set language and save as fa.po
Than you can continue using Hugin translation guide from http://wiki.panotools.org/Hugin_translation_guide But i believe, that it is first right-to-left language in Hugin, it might take some tweaking in source code for proper support.
