I've looked at the JPEGs in the ZIP file. They are created by Adobe Photoshop CS3, so not out of camera. The EXIF tag for orientation says they are horizontal, but a quick look tells me they should be vertical. I don't know what introduced the error, but it is in the input images. The quick fix is after the pano is out sideways to roll it 90° with the numerical transform in the fast preview. Are the ceiling and walls really so pink, or is there a color issue too? The EXIF tag says color is uncalibrated, but that should normally not be a problem as they all use sRGB. Yuv
