what software do you use to convert the raw files? do you convert them into
TIFF or JPEG?

I've looked at the JPEGs in the ZIP file. They are created by Adobe Photoshop
CS3, so not out of camera. The EXIF tag for orientation says they are
horizontal, but a quick look tells me they should be vertical. I don't know
what introduced the error, but it is in the input images.

The quick fix is after the pano is out sideways to roll it 90° with the
numerical transform in the fast preview.

Are the ceiling and walls really so pink, or is there a color issue too? The
EXIF tag says color is uncalibrated, but that should normally not be a problem
as they all use sRGB.
