-DCPACK_BINARY_RPM:BOOL=OFF

as per the wiki.  More ever, seeing the error message, I installed rpm build 
and still received the same message.

Is it possible to have turned off the -DCPACK_BINARY_WHATEVER:BOOL=OFF by 
default, requiring one to turn on specifically rather than turn off each one.  
It seems more efficient.
