Ok, I'm going to read the code soon.. Right now I only add an option to fully remove the registry keys during uninstall, for the CP generators I saw that a clean Hugin install comes with Panomatic and other CP generators already set (correct me if I'm wrong) so I think that I can leave the registry untouched during CP install...
