Hi Aron, if Matthew is using my Setup script I'm using the 2.5.2 release. Can you please give me the link where I can find the 2.5.1 version? I'll fix the installer then. In the latest installer script release (on BitBucket and soon on SourceForge) I've fixed the Autopano-sift-C arguments. Feel free to build the new installer with the updated script.
