Great! When you first announced your intentions I thought "that sucks, why should we move to launchpad, that just can't be so beneficial." Well, after a few minutes of playing with Launchpad I must admit I was wrong. It's a great tool. It's pretty intuitive and it has quite a lot of useful features. Some are really simple like the mark as duplicate functionality but they make life a bit easier.
