I assume Ippei created them at both places but this is just to facilate both the cmake and XCode building. cmake uses the ones from src/hugin1/hugin, whereas the XCode build uses the ones within mac. The mac ones can be removed. It's only slightly more difficult to use the ones from src/hugin1/hugin.

I renamed the PTBatcher.icns to PTBatcherGui.icns as thats the application. I removed the mac folder icons and updated the XCode project to use the ones from src/hugin1/hugin.
