Good evening, About a half year ago I've tried to produce something new because Google-Earth images in my region became old. So I flew with one of my best along the area we've liked to create. We took about 150 pictures along 10 parallel routes (10 series of pictures) out of the window. I tested to stitch the pictures but got much waste because all pictures were taken at an other place than the picture before. This time I've tried to stitch one line and got with horizontal lines at the top and bottom of the picture something like this: http://178.63.105.12/l1.jpg As you can see, there are serval problems with the highway. What you can not see are errors in the forest. As I said, I tried to serve the problem by adding horizontal lines at the top and bottom of the images but the result is not exactly enough.
regards PS. There is a programm produced by Microsoft named ICE that is able to stitch the pictures, but it will only stitch autimatically. The problem is, that in case it does not find any controlpoint, it will return an error. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Hugin and other free panoramic software" group.
