I'm hoping someone can help me with my settings in the Preferences for
hugin, I'm not sure if I don't have something set correctly right now
or I've found a bug.
What I've got is a multi-row panorama with stacks. The stacks are
already pre-aligned using align_image_stack outside of hugin. So I'm
trying to use the "Multi-row panorama with stacks", right now the
settings are:
One step detector:
cpfind -o %o %s --cache
Detector for stacks
empty since they are pre-aligned
Advanced option
Yes to "Try to connect all overlapping imges."
Now from this page of the wiki:
http://wiki.panotools.org/Hugin_Parameters_for_Control_Point_Detectors_dialog
under the "Multi-row panorama" section it's doing steps 1 & 2 (finding
consecutive images, make CPs for them, and then finding CPs for first
and last). Since I've got the advanced tab option selected I'm also
getting step 3, the yaw and pitch changes for the images, but it
doesn't seem to be doing step 4. If I go into the Control Points tab
and select an image that's in the middle of the row, I can find CPs to
the image on either side of it, but I can't find any CPs to images on
the row above or below it.
My question is, am I correct in my reading of the wiki that there
should be CPs between the image and the row above and below? And if
so, are my settings correct to do this or is there something I need to
change?
Thanks!
Oh, and from the About Hugin window I'm running "Pre-Release
2010.5.0.280785664bbf".
