Bruno, sorry for the apropos, but this just reminds me of a problem I get sometimes when mixing shots of my ordinary Canon zoom lens and the Samyang fisheye, which is fully manual. The latter, being manual, passes no information about aperture to the camera, so the EXIF EV is 0. Mixing this with photos that have properly set EV values can at times produce strange effects. I wonder if the handling of such a situation couldn't be done differently - i.e. when images show up with EV 0 to treat them as having been exposed with some standard exposure? EV 0 seems not to be a valid choice, but shows a lack of data.
EV 0 corresponds to 1 second at f/1.0 with ISO100, it isn't very likely but it is quite possible for a long exposure.
Maybe Hugin should guess missing EXIF data if any of shutter speed, aperture or ISO are missing. Looking at match-n-shift this is what happens there, and at least I get usable EV values with my manual lens where 'aperture' is missing from the EXIF (match-n-shift assumes f/1.0 in this case).
