I think this is a bug in hugin-mac-2011.0-beta2.
In Preferences -> General tab -> 'User Interface' I have deactivated
Project Name: [ ] based on containing folder
but when I press the "Stitch now..." button I still get this as a
suggested file name:
-Volumes-<HD name>-Users-<Account
name>-<path-to-project-file>-<project-name>
Of course I know that I simply have to overwrite the suggested file name
with something that doesn't start with a '-' but IMHO hugin shouldn't
suggest that at all.
Also the 'Project Name' setting described above isn't functional.

I got this while stitching:
enblend: unknown option "-U"
strange, I don't have any -U specified for enblend in my prefs.
Of course you have. See " -Users-jeff-Desktop-t-nex..." in your log

Try "enblend --help" for more information.
