Hi Lukasz, > > Please give me further instructions to become Hugin's GSoC student. >
After your application there some open points: Provide a patch for the hugin. This should fix an issue in hugin. See the bug tracker https://bugs.launchpad.net/hugin (e.g. some bugs are tagged with gsoc) for open issues and try to fix a small one. We want to make sure that you can compile hugin and that you make you acquaint with the code base. You have given some information about you and your skills at your application. But what's your experience with panorama photography and hugin in special? Have you used hugin before? Then you should give some more details how you want to integrate the thin plate spline algorithm inside nona/hugin/libpano workflow. I don't mean details about the implementation of thin plate spline algorithm. The questions would be: When should this happen, at which stage of the remapping? What's will be the UI or should the existing control points used? and so on.
