Hi all,

This is the first development build that includes Hugin, PTBatcherGui and
the new lens_calibrate_gui.
Next to that they are now installed via an Installer allowing you to install
them in a folder of your choice (/Applications/Hugin being the default).

What's new:
- PTBatcherGui is now the default "stitching" engine (next to being much
more off course.)
- In Hugin Preferences you can set some settings to control
Hugin<->PTBatcherGui behaviour like immediate start of "send to PTBG"
project.
- lens_calibrate_gui (please test).
- hugin installer.
- Thomas fixed OSX bug that prevented projects to be deleted in PTBG if
another action was performed first (row index lost).

Until now every bundle was build as a completely self contained portable
(Universal) bundle including everything it needs to function. As everything
was included again and again the separate bundles were very big, Hugin being
the biggest as it contains "all".
Note though that every bundle is a Universal bundle containing
binaries/libraries/frameworks for 3 architectures in one bundle. The
architectures being i386, ppc7400 and x86_64 for every hardware architecture
Apple has (since approx. 2004 that is). Having 3 architectures in one binary
makes this binary also 3 times as big and therefore the bundle 3 times as
big. Hugin being 167MB, PTBatcherGui 145MB and lens_calibrate_gui 99MB. In
total a whopping 410MB.
Being completely portable also means that you can simply drag&drop the
bundle into any folder of your liking as is the "easy Mac way".

I have now created new bundles where Hugin is still fully portable, but
PTBatcherGui and lens_calibrate_gui are almost "empty" and rely completely
on the Hugin bundle. It means that they all 3 need to be placed in the same
folder, the folder still any folder of your liking. Total size is now 172MB.
It also means that the total download size of the compressed dmg is almost
the same as the original Hugin bundle but it now contains 3 applications.

Anyway, as always: Information and binaries via my website
<http://panorama.dyndns.org/index.php?lang=en&subject=Hugin&texttag=Hugin>.
(The binaries themselves are served from hugin.panotools.org who kindly
provide the disk space and bandwidth).

Hoi,
Harry
