This is correct. You are using ATI drivers, at least it seems so.

That "might be". I can't guarantee that off course. You should first check
your current drivers. If you do a right-click on your desktop you can check
your display properties, perhaps you even have a special ATI properties
pane. Does it mention anything about OpenGL? I'm not sure about the required
minimum version for the Fast display, but OpenGL 2.0 is already around for
quite some years so your graphics driver should at least support that.

Next to that: When it comes to graphics drivers it is always recommended to
use the latest stable driver on windows, but do not use a beta test driver
or so.
