Hi Brian, I took a fast look and the file looks ok. I guess the approach that others are suggesting here are more effective. Its probably some bug on the compilation you are using. We can follow 2 objectives: try to solve the bug and/or try to make your pano. To do your panorama faster I would suggest that you install other version and use it to create the final panorama. I am still using 2010.4.0 on a windows XP. I have tried the last release of 2011.2.0 but yesterday it got frozen when I opened the fast preview window, so I came back to 2010.4.0 again.
You can have many versions installed. Just take the 7z file and uncompress each one in a different folder.
