For what it's worth, thought I'd chime in with the corresponding info
for the Canon 15mm fisheye...

Looks like exiv2 -pt doesn't give much for RAW images:
Exif.Image.LensInfo Rational 4 15/1 15/1
0/0 0/0

But exiv2 -pa does give some more XMP data:
Exif.Image.LensInfo Rational 4 15/1 15/1
0/0 0/0
Xmp.aux.LensInfo XmpText 17 15/1 15/1

Xmp.aux.Lens XmpText 20 EF15mm f/
2.8 Fisheye
Xmp.aux.LensID XmpText 2 13
Xmp.crs.LensProfileEnable XmpText 1 1

Xmp.crs.LensProfileSetup XmpText 6 Custom

Xmp.crs.LensProfileVignettingScale XmpText 3 100

Images converted from RAW to TIFF using ACR or LR show similar fields.
