Sebastian ..... Robert, by chance do you know how to handle blue sky, where
there are no control points since everything is simply blue?

In "Fast Preview" window click "Preview" and there put a tick mark
to "Show control points" :-)
That's not what I want: I want to see them in the larger image in the
control point tab, "not just the preview".
