Just tested on 8-core 192GB RAM machine. CPfind is incredibly fast, it 
works multicore :) the optimizer and enblend do not unfortunately. 

interestingly, a pano taken in a forest did find some "vertical" lines but 
didn't turn out to be totally correct (not a surprise)

i'm very impressed with Hugin on windows, I haven't tried it for a very 
long time. It's really nice! :)
