Thank you kay. The cpfind is a very good alternative method. The linearmatch runs well.
But there is still a new question for me: After running the cpfind, i start the cpclean... then i use the "pto2mk" and "make" procedure... The panorama result shows me a very unwanted effect... I use 20 images (image content: a heterogenous wall) for example: the image result looks like an 360° panorama - put i will get a non-closing panorama that means: the left part of the panorama image represents image 0 and the right part should represent image n = 19. Between image 19 and 0 there should not be a connection (no tie-points). The result looks like following effect: image 1 until image 18 was correct matched, but image 0 was laying over image 18 (inside) and image 19 was laying over image 1 (inside too)... is this a typical effect of a 360° panorama? (my image contains a strait horizontal wall - no 360° panorama)...maybe there is a additional option to deactivate a closing panorama situation? Thanks again for helping me!
