I am still having trouble with Hugin when processing multirow panoramas even-though I am using the multirow option. Hugin assistant fails to identify control points for vertical overlaps. However, if I select the corresponding overlapped photos manually under the photo section and create control points from there, it works. It appears Hugin "forgets" to compare these pictures when run from the asistant. Anything I can do?
