There was no data.tar.gz created. When I run the 3a command it works, but I
do get the SCHILY.fflags error.
fakeroot was /is installed bu I get the same error as mentioned before. The
command should be <fakeroot 'cmake -E tar cfz data.tar.gz" ./usr>.
I don know whether that's due to cmake or not. Upon unpacking I do get the
SCHILY.fflags error again.

cmake is the default Ubuntu 12.04 cmake 2.8.7 version, so I assume that's
broken as well.
I think I will uninstall it and compile/install the git version.
